If this is U12 or 14 and not travel, there should be some playing time for everyone. After that, nothing will be guaranteed for any team, at any level. It’s hard but it is what it is. Your daughter needs to talk to the coach, even at U13, and ask how she can improve to earn playing time. And then make sure you don’t play for that coach next year if you don’t like how things are run. [/quote]
