OP here-I suffered with this issue for most of last year, and finally on a different thread someone suggested to try this link directly through the Synergy website and for some reason I can access MCPS classroom through this.  I'm sorry that MCPS tech platforms continue to be so problematic for parents.

I often forget and go through a different link.  It looks the same all the way through the process and I can see parentvue but it won't let me into Canvas.  And then I remember, pull up this link, and it works.  This is on a computer. I don't use the app, just browser (Chrome).  [/quote]
