I'm not the OP. BUT when I bring lasagna I bring it uncooked - so they can pop it into the freezer or bake it that day or leave in fridge until tomorrow and bake tomorrow. I don't anticipate that my food is going to be eaten by me. I make it in a container they can toss, cover it with aluminum foil - or if I really know the person I put it in a baking dish and ask them to call when it's empty and I'll come get it. [/quote]
