The last thing you want is a weed head surgeon getting the munchies or the giggles or trying to get it together after a night of weed as he is trying to tighten up your whatever. He needs to move to Florida to practice medicine with those ethics. Bad advertising but I guess he has enough $ and clients that it doesn't matter if some drop away.

Tamra is as unenjoyable/delusional/unlikeable as Ramona from RHWNY is.

Not sure what secrets Tamra has on Heather or if Heather is getting paid more to engage with Tamra, but I do not know why she is her ride or die apologist. [/quote]
