He is a very good coach and trainer, he promises but doesn't deliver. We've known kids on his Slam City (pay-to-play) "teams" who waited weeks for a schedule, infrequently played in tournaments (except for Walt's own Slam City league), or were placed on teams with 15+ kids, or even worse were placed on teams with the twins who dominated playing time. And, Walt designs the plays for his twins' benefit. Not sure what happened to his "Team Museum" of superstars.
