That's always been an issue with retirees.  We had non-stop problems years ago.  They put my teens name wrong in the system when he was born and no one still can fix it.  You have to go in the office, not call.  The military facilities are ghost towns.

And, they have so few specialists now and you often see residents who know nothing.  I had a resident tell me just give up and stop looking for anwsers.[/quote]

Ha! That happened to one of ours too.

They were just assigned a random name plus number by tricare, like kid #2, and we could not get it fixed.  They were almost an adult and off tricare by the time we were able to get someone to correct the mistake.[/quote]
