[/quote] I use a magnesium cream on my feet because having a wind down ritual before bed helps me sleep but you should know that studies show that transdermal absorption of magnesium isn’t effective. I found eliminating alcohol to be really helpful for my sleep. It also completely eliminated my hot flashes and anxiety during the night.[/quote] i agree with the alcohol, but disagree with the trans dermal. I take epsom baths nearly every night and it makes a huge difference. I also have a hot tub and will sometimes do that instead and there’s absolutely a difference in sleep quality. [/quote]
