I'm not sure what else that could mean, other than ICE in schools. Which would make all parents of non white kids, regardless of legal status, reluctant to send their kids to school lest they be wrongly shipped off. That's probably what PP would prefer, but it means a huge number of kids not getting educated and potentially not supervised. Disastrous. [/quote]
