I have Trex Transend and it has held well for more than ten years. Call Pro-Built construction company they did a great job.
Those guys are $$$. Good but not worth it imo
I called multiple companies for estimates that didn’t show up. What is funny is one company advertised heavily but didn’t want to come and give estimate . That’s why I like Pro-Built they come give you estimate and do a professional job. I have used them multiple times.
Good for you. But you still got ripped off.
No, it’s more than ten years ago and the work speaks for itself.
Doesn't change the fact that you overpaid. One of our neighbors in Silver Spring used Pro-Built for a deck/porch and paid 120k. Another neighbor shopped around more diligently and did a similar project for 2/3 the cost. I also found much lower quotes but did not proceed.
I just got quoted 100k for 18 foot deck and sun room but not with pro-built.
