I think it's worse to get a message from an old friend, sounding like they want to reconnect, and then it's actually a bait and switch and they try to sell you something![/quote] I got a scammy DM like this from an old friend in the middle of my very close relative’s funeral, thinking it was a well wishes of some sorts, but nope it was for beach body. Phone turned off and immediately blocked. [/quote]
