Right? How is this hard? The staff announces multiple times which car is the quiet car. If that’s the only car with seats available then be quiet! Feel free to check other cars after major stops to see if space opens up elsewhere. The fact that the only seats are there doesn’t change the rules of the quiet car. [/quote]

Think studying in the library during final exams. Can you whisper to someone near you "hey, I'll be back in 10" - yes. Should you be having whisper conversations lasting several minutes long? Or taking a phone call, even a short one? Nope.
