When I was in college I figured out that I wanted a thin blanket and a duvet. I would make the bed with the thin blanket and fold the duvet at the bottom. That made it much more useful as a makeshift table, which it often was. The blanket protected the sheets, but wasn’t puffy like the duvet so things didn’t fall over/get lost.
Uh, what? Who is making their bed in college? lol.
What? Even my slob of a daughter pulls up a duvet, fluffs it and arranges the pillows. It takes about 60 seconds max.
I have never in my 47 years been someone who makes a bed daily So neither are my kids
That’s sloppy.
It’s more sanitary. If you make your bed shortly after you wake, you trap in the moisture and increase dust mites. It’s best to wait until later in day to make your bed, especially if you have allergies.
