The only remote workers I have petitioned HR to stay home forever during the pandemic when we had lax policies on this, a few moved away and then we couldn’t go through the process of firing them. They are not great employees and the awards we give are fairly small anyways so I try not to use these limited funds to reward mediocracy.[/quote]
