This is major east coast interstate route and the slowdown lasted for four days! On the first day, there were kids stuck on school buses for 9+ hours, a woman who died when her ambulance got stuck, police could not get to where they needed to be. It had a ripple effect across 3 states. It was an abuse of power and a safety crisis. Sadly, Christie managed to avoid and prosecution, but it certainly has cost him politically. [/quote] Exactly.
