I don't believe she was killed in the home. There would have been too much mess to have been sufficiently cleaned up and not enough time to do it. Although little about the home was been disclosed, there's been no indication that a murder happened inside those walls.

My theory is that they kidnapped with the intent of securing a fast ransom. The first ransom notes took too long to send and were not initially disclosed to authorities, hence the second and third versions sent to other outlets. That dragged on, Nancy unfortunately perished, and now this unsophisticated SOB abandoned her as-is and split out of the area. I fear they'll never find her. [/quote]
