I think the person means on a "[b]blocked list[/b]" where DCU doesn't want the player but prevents the player from going on trial with other academies.  If any academies really wants the player, they may have to pay DCU.  DCU playing dirty in this case...more reason to stay away.[/quote]

Protected vs blocked...why and how does it benefit the player?  Either way, it prevents player movement and not in the best interest of player development and the player achieving their dream.  DCU hasn't developed or spent $1 on the player to lay any claim on him.  Let the player go if DCU isn't interested imo.[/quote]
