You can look at aerials to compare, but Sidwell will sill have three full-sized playing fields, a complete building for each of LS/MS/US, the new gym that is under the football field and a new lower school gym. GDS will have the campus that has been shown in the drawings, which feature the new LS/MS building and a completely new Arts facility.

They will be comparable campuses, but Sidwell still has more space.[/quote]

Sidwell's campus will be 21 acres and GDS's will be about 8 acres.  Both campuses will serve approximately 1200 students in grades PreK-12.

Because Sidwell spent less per acre and purchased a site whose buildings could be adaptively reused by the lower school, Sidwell's consolidation will be significantly faster, cheaper, and less disruptive than GDS's.  Their lower school will be adjacent to but physically separate from the M/HS campus.  [/quote]
