NATO will NEVER be the first aggressor in this conflict, because they hold themselves to higher standards. Belarus has not attacked any NATO country, they do not deserve to be attacked. Period. B. NATO recognizes that they are dealing with a potentially volatile Putin who may or may not be ready to go nuclear. Now is not the time to stray from the rules of engagement. [/quote]
