You searched for an old DCU Academy thread to post that the DCU teams are winning games at an end of season Championship Tournament but that winning is proof of a lack of development because teams don't go to a Championship Tournament to win games

Every team goes to a tournament to win the tournament.  No sh#t genius.  The difference is that this is ALL DCU focuses on ALL YEAR  - winning the games above all else. Including the development of the players. Most  other academies are trying to win within the framework of their development philosophy.  DCU doesn't and DCU doesn't even have a development philosophy.  Just set up some cones and they will learn on their own.   Let people that know what they are talking about speak about football.  You've got a long way to go before you become relevant.[/quote]

How'd you get your hands on the internal memos re:philosophy of dcu and all other academies?
Are you in attendance at all dcu and other academies training sessions all year round?
How do you track the development progress of each player at dcu and all other academies? What's your methodology and metrics?
Can you share all that data with the forum?

Is that what you do full-time for a living? Track other people's kids at clubs where you have no affiliation, except maybe a previous rejection [/quote]
