Watch the MLS next cup and observe the DCU academy games. Will tell you enough about what type of development going on there. They may squeak out a win here and there because they are only playing to win, use physicality above all else, and usually against weaker competition is where DCU seems like they are shining. Against strong competition, you can see the differences in quality. It is just obvious. If you watch the games none of the DCU teams have any shot at going far in the tournament. Literally no chance. The difference in quality is that stark.
You searched for an old DCU Academy thread to post that the DCU teams are winning games at an end of season Championship Tournament but that winning is proof of a lack of development because teams don't go to a Championship Tournament to win games How much of a stalking obsessed sad pitiful little self-hating loser are you?
Huh? I just thought it was interesting to see the games. And yes, winning doesn't equal development. DCU seems to be bad at both things.
Which club or team goes to their league's championship tournament without intentions to win? Are you so blinded by bias and ignorance you don't even know your statements are ridiculous Yup, every team winning games is against development, because apparently there can't be individual development happening while winning lol Only losing teams focus on development haha
Every team goes to a tournament to win the tournament. No sh#t genius. The difference is that this is ALL DCU focuses on ALL YEAR - winning the games above all else. Including the development of the players. Most other academies are trying to win within the framework of their development philosophy. DCU doesn't and DCU doesn't even have a development philosophy. Just set up some cones and they will learn on their own. Let people that know what they are talking about speak about football. You've got a long way to go before you become relevant.
How'd you get your hands on the internal memos re:philosophy of dcu and all other academies? Are you in attendance at all dcu and other academies training sessions all year round? How do you track the development progress of each player at dcu and all other academies? What's your methodology and metrics? Can you share all that data with the forum? Is that what you do full-time for a living? Track other people's kids at clubs where you have no affiliation, except maybe a previous rejection
Making yourself look even dumber...keep at it.
