The most recent club communication (posted yesterday, 3/19) is that ASA expects to hear from the GA early this week. The committee has apparently voted on ASA's application, and the next step is the GA reaching out to ASA. I disagree that the club hasn't been very responsive. I think they're doing their best with what has been a surprisingly long process that they don't control.[/quote]

Start trying out at other places.  I am in a similar situation at a different club and got an offer that said "well if we do not get into the GA, you have a spot on the A team, if we do, you have a spot on the B team with a CHANCE to try out for the A team".  I do not want to be on their silly B team because they are going to try and recruit a ton of people from outside the club instead of keeping the girls that got them there.  So beware, if you get GA, your team will be totally different and you might not even have a spot[/quote]
