Whether she had been drinking or not doesn’t change the fact that she was put in a vulnerable situation. The priority should be understanding what happened, especially given the circumstances and the involvement of someone who’s now under investigation. The real questions are about what led to her being in that position, not just assumptions about her actions[/quote]

I’m not sure what you’re insinuating by “what led her to being in that position”, but Ribe was not with this group of friends all night. He had only met them about half an hour to an hour before they walked down to the beach. He and his friend had been partying elsewhere while her friends have been partying at the hotel. [/quote]
