[/quote] I'm a neighbor and I had begun a response about seeing the little girl out with BB but have decided I can't. As much as I suspect BB, I can't pile on in any way that adds to speculation about her state. All I can say is I think she is in fact safe; that BB doesn't present a threat to her. [/quote]
