Yeah I’m guessing the FBI twisted the parents’ arms to get that warrant. The parents had to claim that he was not authorized to use it or else they would get some sort of aiding/abetting charge. [/quote]

It was confirmed as Gabby's card ages ago. I wish people would stop making things up. He took Gabby's debit/credit card after she disappeared and used it as he was traveling towards Florida. I believe for gas. Either way - she didn't either authorize the usage and neither did her parents which makes it bank fraud. Hence the warrant.[/quote]
