Speakers should advocate for SPAs [school planning areas] or portions of current SPAs to be moved into Westfield based on:
1. site location relative to other jurisdictions-Loudoun, Prince William.  Only contiguous sites are Chantilly and Centreville.  Thing is not surrounded by other FCPS sites. 
2. site location relative to shared contiguous boundaries- Dulles Airport essentially bisects it's current area and if that is not a manmade entity what is? 
3. site capacity for core as built 2500 - addition was classroom only hence the core is cramped if you go by program capacity
4. Chantilly should be reduced to at least 95% without modulars-they age
5. Centreville addition is a moot point. Robinson borders Centreville and it's location is near Lake Braddock. Robinson has an ancient modular plus FX county residents overload City of Fairfax HS
6. no need to get into FARMS, ESL based on the above.  It's all in capacity utilization modulars.

Dixit and whoever is running against her are a sham considering the massive feed from Liberty MS to Rocky Run for AAP.   Groups of involved parents have advocated for AAP moved or put in at sites yet these people lack common sense.   Given improved operational efficiency on transportation, facilities utilization,  at large board members like McElveen and Moon need to intervene.  [/quote]

You think it's word salad?  You, friends, relatives live in residences currently assigned to Chantilly and Centreville that reasonable people would move to Westfield?  FYI there was a period when FCPS CIPs showed spread sheets on contiguous boundaries.  Got scrapped because it showed some obvious moves.  Look at a FCPS maps and you figure out where it can find students for Westfield.  [/quote]
