What will the spin be when it turns out there were a half dozen other people there with them working on previous RICO cases?
LOL. In the middle of the night? Sure. Especially since Wade had NEVER worked on a RICO case.
Have you SEEN some of the people she's gone after? People like "Young Thug" and "Gunna" and "Yak Gotti" and "Psycho" etc She probably wore prosthetic noses to the grocery store
LOL. Nice try. Problem is..... Wade wasn't yet hired during that time frame. In your fantasy scenario.... why was he there?
Irrelevant because no financial benefit has been established
That is not true. It has been alleged that he paid for 5 trips for her. He was able to produce a single receipt to show that she ever paid anything for the two of them. One receipt. And, then she claims that she paid him back in cash. He said he charged on his credit card because she would limit her transactions "for safety reasons." Whatever the hell that means. Whereas Fani claimed he paid on his credit card because he was a "world traveler" and knew how to plan these things. Two different responses. A bit of a conflict right there. Did she pay him back in cash? That is something the judge will have to decide. And, still...... if they were having an affair before she hired him, they have both lied under oath.
Prosecutors that pursue the really, really bad guys have to watch their backs. Think about the witness protection programs for people involved in singular cases. Now think about the district attorneys that go after these people year after year. Lots of reasons for her to be worried over her safety. And that was just when dealing with thugs who wear shiny golden teeth! Her profession is to pursue people who will do anything to anybody until they are stopped. I, for one, am glad people like her have the balls to do the work.
You are really reaching to make excuses for Fani. Why didn't SHE use that excuse to explain why Wade made the charges on his card? She loves to play the victim. This presented the perfect opportunity.
Sister, I am presuming she is not guilty of any accusations until sufficient evidence is provided to prove she is guilty. You seem to be presuming guilt with the idea that she needs to prove she is not guilty. Headlines from newspapers (which unlike courts can retract their claims later) seem to be enough for you. That isn't how it works. Presumption of innocence is bedrock here in America. Don't like it? You are free to leave.
I am basing my opinion on the the 2 days of testimony. I watched all of it. She did not come across as credible and Wade was even worse. And, I recall hearing somewhere around here that if someone is accused of something, but there is no trial.... just a hearing..... that presumption of innocence doesn't apply. Yes, I vividly remember many people here making that argument in Sept - Oct. 2018.
You sound like my mother. Whenever I debunked her accusations she came after my for my tone of voice and demeanor. Whatever
