In doing so, he leaves the distinct impression that "Revive 3E" is just another "astroturf" group, a faux grass roots group sponsored by or working with the applicant to create the illusion of public support for its project.  GDS's arrogant Team of Aces takes the community and the DC Office of Planning for chumps, which is perhaps why they're shocked to discover that not everyone shares their "vision" for Tenleytown/AU Park and that the smooth path to approval that GDS so confidently assumed is not happening.[/quote]
