I have asked this same question on multiple occasions.  I find it absolutely bizarre that someone would take other posters to task for not mentioning women lacrosse.  The only thing that makes sense is that this poster is completely unfamiliar with the format of a forum, and thinks that she is instead reading a news publication of some sort.  In that case, it would make some sense to expect that an articles on the topic of "private school lacrosse" would cover both the boys' and girls' programs.

Scolding PP, if you are reading this, here's how it works:  each individual poster posts anything on the topic that interests them, and responds to any posts they find interesting.  Many posters here do not have daughters who play lacrosse, so you cannot expect them to post about girls lacrosse.  If you are interested in talking about girls' or women's lacrosse, please do so, and posters who are similarly inclined will respond to your posts. [/quote]
