Maybe if the Indians had an immigration policy and policed their borders their land would not have been tricked, swindled, and bartered away from them.  Our immigration policies are to prevent what happened to the Indians.

People in those homelands assisted in the slavery because it was profitable.  Any blacks want to move back to Africa, that WONDERFUL place of law abiding, freedom loving people? Anyone? Any takers? Thought not.[b] Slavery was actually a blessing to those people:  it took them from a backwards, impoverished, land still stuck in the stone age[/b] and put them here in this blessed land.  Many blacks are Baptists, praise the Lord, and they have prospered in the sight of God despite being stomped upon by wicked white people and their bigoted ways.  Shame on the white Christians who turned a blind eye to their predicament. Shame!

The Native Indians no longer have a claim upon the land. The statute of limitations has run out.  They are American citizens just like the rest of us now and have no standing in a court of law concerning past land ownership.
