Also, I work full time and I'm often too busy with meetings to control when I can eat. I have to eat when I have a chance, not when I'm feeling hungry. Do you have a high powered office job without set meal times, and do you cook for and eat with your family?[/quote] Eat 3/4 of what you have been eating at each of these times.
