There are lots of things you can't explain -- fairies,  werewolves, the loch ness monster.  Most people don't believe in them -- but then those things don't promise eternal life, or threaten you with severe punishment if you don't believe in them, so it's easier to not believe in them[/quote]

So - suggesting that "someone move on" is not an invitation to leave?  As for arguing on the "merits" --  if that means discussing an intelligent person's decision to believe something for which there is no evidence, as if it's a reasonable position, it's hard to see the merits.[/quote]

When was the last time you were called "stupid" or told your belief was based on "stupidity" and you considered the comment was relevant, useful, or based on merit? If you can not refrain from insulting, consider the possibility that you have run out of anything relevant to add. Are you saying you are unable to refrain from insults at this point? [/quote]
