You ask those questions to demonstrate past behaviour in line with what you are accusing the person, prediliction for that behaviour, to discredit you if you say you have never done that 'sort of thing'...get it.... the line of questioning was to prove a broader point...it's not the nail in the coffin in the lawsuit...it just so happens it was the nail in the coffin for her public image and her career at Food Network.
