[/quote] Agree their program will continue to decline until something major happens such as new HC, full-time coach, serious recruiting $, etc. Not sure how they'll manage an on-campus coach though. GZ is [b]SMALL[/b], both in terms of faculty and real estate. How will they find the space or faculty position to bring somebody on full-time? If the HC is source of most of the problems (as posts suggest) the quickest, easiest, and cheapest path for any sort of improvement is to replace the HC...even if it is another part-time position.[/quote]
