Most of the legit trucking industry is unionized through the Teamsters. But some places want cut-rate shipping and hire these fly-by-night companies that are violating the law. That's what should be illegal -- they should go after the people running these companies, and then also hit the companies that are hiring these companies. It's basically the trucking version of sweatshops.[/quote]
