DP. The acceptance rate would be higher if they didn't yield protect. Acceptance rates between 40 and 60 tend to be schools that yield protect. Another prime example, Santa Clara University.[/quote]

So what do you think is the thing that makes them decide yes or no?

We have established that very high stats kids are accepted. We have established that very high stats kids are waitlisted.

What do you personally think makes them choose between the two?

We know they don't read LOR. We know they don't track demonstrated interest. We know they don't count legacy. We know that they accept the same %s from counties all over the state, so you're not hurt by region.
