Rather than continuing to quote USNWR, which ranks BC and HC on two different rankings, let's take a look at Forbes, which ranks them both on the same list. https://www.forbes.com/top-colleges/

Seems to me that HC's peers are closer to that of Villanova and not even close to Colgate. Just give it up ad realize HC's better days are behind them.
