Thank you for appreciating us. I just turned 52 and despite having a chronic illness (have had it since I was 5 years old it's called ulcerative colitis) I am in incredible shape. I lift heavy 3 times a week. It's shocking how physically different men in their 50s who do body building from men who do not. And my chronic illness is tough both physically and mentally. But I can honestly say that I am in the top 10% of meny age as far as physical strength and look. I am not suggesting that I Iook 40 at 50, no that's a stupid statement for anyone to make. All I am saying is I look great as a 52 years old thanks to weightlifting..and I still have amazing erections.
