Tax fraud? Shouldn’t he be paying taxes on income and reporting it.
How do you know he's not? It would take a lot of undocumented immigrants to equal the amount of income tax fraud the Trumps (not just Donald) have committed over the years.
Well he’s illegal. And he’s being harbored by his employer. So he’s definitely not paying taxes.
He's not illegal. No one is illegal. And he's paying taxes, just not income taxes. As I've said before, he probably wouldn't owe a lot of income tax anyway. And he's not burdening the state in any way -- he doesn't claim or take advantage of any social programs or anything. He likely costs us less than the lazy "domestic" workers around here.
So you are paying him less than the wages for domestic workers in your area? How is that not a slavery? This person has no place to go so they are tight to the housing that you are providing without any freedom to leave, since you failed to legalize them.
You're talking nonsense. He was here before I was and isn't tied here at all. He's choosing to be here. And I'm paying him more than the average wage here, not less.
Correct. Your use of illegal labor may be above the average wage; however you are committing tax fraud which is defrauding the government of revenue. You are also promoting wage suppression, unfair competition, and placing additional strain on public resources. But it feels so good to play white savior, doesn’t it?
I prefer "Salvador Blanco"
More like noblesse oblige. What would you do with your life if you didn’t have a poor brown person nearby to rescue?
Sigh. I'm not "rescuing" anybody. I'm paying a good man good money for good work. That's all.
