He's not illegal.  No one is illegal.  And he's paying taxes, just not income taxes.  As I've said before, he probably wouldn't owe a lot of income tax anyway.  And he's not burdening the state in any way -- he doesn't claim or take advantage of any social programs or anything.  He likely costs us less than the lazy "domestic" workers around here.[/quote]

Correct. Your use of illegal labor may be above the average wage; however you are committing tax fraud which is defrauding the government of revenue.

You are also promoting wage suppression, unfair competition, and placing additional strain on public resources.
