I don’t think you have much experience around DV situations. They’re often complicated with no clear victim and aggressor, and complicated family dynamics. 90 percent of CPS calls where I live, as ex, are driven by divorce and custody related disputes. Police are not always great in these situations and personally I want them fighting real crime, not dealing with squabbling partners. [/quote]
