They look fake to you. To 99% of women and men they look natural. That’s the reality and experience of many women with small breast implants. Even medical professionals can’t tell.

Why is reality so hard for you to face? Your boobs don’t look like michaelangelo lol. They look like you paid for them. Which you did. Because you don’t want society to look at your body and think “she had 3 kids” because to you that’s shameful. But no, you aren’t fooling 99% of people and if your medical professionals are as delusional as you, I wouldn’t let them near me with a 10’ pole.

It’s sad that so many women on this board are shaming women for having natural bodies and noticing the (very obvious) fake additions people make. If you want to surgically alter your body more power to you - it’s your body. But don’t put down everyone else by saying we can’t tell. Cmon. [/quote]

I’m not “facing” anything in real life. I just stated my experience that men, women, or medical professionals can’t determine if a woman has artfully hidden implant behind the chest muscular tissue. You need an xray. They feel natural because 70% of the best tissue belongs to the woman. It’s still there, on top of the implant.

Why don’t you shame then people who get teeth implants ?

Breast, feeling attractive  is essential to many women they consider it at core of their very femininity.

Great for you that you like your natural look. But you create a very narrow backward mentality that 1. All implants look and feel fake - untrue 2. Everyone can tell a woman has one - untrue 3. 50 yo women all have saggy boobs and bodies and if not they just had work done- untrue.  Many women have youthful thin bodies at that age, nothing sagging even after several kids [/quote]
I’m not shaming anyone. If someone with fake teeth bald faced lies to me that their teeth are so real no one can tell and they fool medical professionals id also laugh in their face and tell them to stop kidding me.
