Mostly income on stolen property though, especially the old colonials..[/quote] Let’s not forget that in the last 80-ish years 30-60 million Europeans died in a war that devastated much of the continent, many countries only emerged from communist rule 30 or so years ago, and for much of the past half century the 45-50 countries had separate currencies, regulations and borders.
