Exactly. Trump is explicitly saying he’s been assisting Putin in the negotiations. JD Vance has basically said if Putin just continues on his current path the US will just walk away.
So… this is what is happening. Russia continues its unprovoked destruction of Ukraine and we just shrug and walk away.
