We have State Farm and install a safety reader in the car. It gives you a "good driver" discount (provided you are indeed a safe driver!) and provides a lot of data: any speeding, unsafe turns, phone use...We have an app and would check on ds's driving daily the first few months he was driving. We have this too. But in PP’s case I would have taken the car keys for a month after witnessing him “tear down our street way faster than he should have been going.” We aren’t counting strikes on that sort of thing. Zero tolerance. I report teens to their parents regularly if I know them, and I’ve also reported teens to the HS principal if I see dangerous driving near the school. The principal suspends on campus parking privileges if you are seen driving dangerously. [/quote]
