Uh what do you think staff is doing on email that's so fireable? I highly doubt anyone is sending anything to the outside. Frankly many people aren't even scrolling the internet much on their work laptop - they use their personal phones for that.[/quote]

Yep, got it.  If someone is going fire staff for making a suggestion, they will find something in an email.  If not that then the time your computer is idle. Or monitoring badge swipes for schedule and time compliance.  And so on.

Just making the point that where there is a will, there is a way. They don’t need a suggestion form.[/quote]
