(11) Democrats should stop the "nazis", "attack on Democracy", blah, blah blah. It's a bunch of BS and no one buys it.
(12) Democrats need to back our sovereign borders and legal immigration. Get rid of birthright citizenship. That was for a different time. No more anchor babies. Stop free healthcare of illegals.
(13) Democrats need to find a more moderate leader that's not based on what race, sex, sexuality, ethnicity, etc they are.
(14) Democrats need to stop politicizing government agencies such as the DoJ or IRS for instance.
(15) Democrats need to stop listening to James Carville.

not really, it does not address the number 2 issue with Democrats in last election, there push to expand overwhelming immigration.  immigration is good for corporations and rich elites, but is bad for US workers.   How can the party of labor claim they support US workers and simultaneously push for expanding immigration.

What they’re missing is how nationalism is a reaction to the detrimental impacts of globalization. Two-thirds of working-class Whites and three- quarters of Trump primary voters see trade deals as harmful to American workers, and there’s plenty of evidence that they’re right (and that foreign laborers are being exploited in the bargain as well). The issue is there is no back, there is moving forward or getting left behind.  Folks are still hoping old coal mining jobs can come back despite seeing what’s it’s done to environment, health, and seeing that the industry has moved on.

Also this same white working class has given power over to politicians and companies, especially big ones, letting them get the most benefit to determine the course of everything. Which party is for the elimination of unions? Who do unions support?  Who is the party talking about changes to healthcare and changes to insurance?

These quotes, like this thread are exactly the problem.  Folks are expecting Dems to fix all the problems and make people feel good.  And when they can’t or don’t do it in a way some like, or in some ridiculously short prescribed time folks shift and blame and go looking for something else, usually in the wrong place because they won’t educate themselves.  So now they are for Trump blowing up the system.  Okay, then what’s going on now is what they want. Republicans and Trump have the solutions and power.  So why are folks angry? What took them by surprise?  Why are folks expecting Dems to do something?
