Get them OUT. [/quote] I agree with you. But the way to get ‘those people out’ is to do a thoughtful, comprehensive review. Put folks taking advantage of the system on PIPs and get them out if they don’t meet the standard. It doesn’t work to chop entire agencies or groups of people. [/quote]
