It's a good theory from this anti musk lefty it even says it on her about page. We'll see if she's wrong. It's odd so many people want to not allow 8 months of paid admin leave to be taken voluntary by federal workers. If Biden proposed it they would all be shouting from the roof tops how amazing it is. It goes to show that in the Washington bubble they think they are in the right and have all the support however looking from outside the beltway the American people are souring on the greed and wasteful spending by the left and obstructing federal employees.
