But since we are talking about high school it’s very rare to anyone only playing for a few years. Anyone serious in basketball or a few other sports should be in XC. It’s one of the best says to increase aerobic ability and stamina. You don’t have any idea why students choose XC. And for the poster whose daughter gave her opinion on XC participants being dorks?
