That is a ridiculous comment. 
When parties have their primaries, the candidates run on a platform and outline their priorities and their plans. 
The Democrats didn't have a primary to install Kamala.  She needs to outline her plans PRONTO since she didn't participate in a normal primary.  [/quote]
She’s going to outline her plans and incorporate them into the Democratic Party platform which will be voted on later this month. Also, if you listen to her speeches there are plans in them. Hope that helps![/quote]
