Because someone with your attitude might also think asking those questions from another Form C family was odd and form judgments based on that assessment. NP.  I've gotten some of the best, most candid, advice through DCUM.  Yes, you need to be able to filter out the wheat from the chaffe, or the helpfull nuggets from the snark, but all in all DCUM has been a great resource in the private school forum and elsewhere.  I was thinking the same thing as the PP, but did not want to seem so self-conscious or clueless, so I did not just call another patent from the directory.  Besides, I really don't know anyone yet.
