DP.  He's been "disciplined" for that.  But they aren't going to drop the charges because they respect the judicial process.  Srsly?[/quote]

Does he think this is a normal broke guy who will plead to get out of pre-trial detention? I'm sure that's what they're used to dealing with. If he doesn't drop it, then the cop is going to either admit to lying in an official report on the stand, take the 5th, or lie again with the video being played [/quote]
